Monica began taking classes on cake decorating and became inspired. She started creating a variety of cupcakes for friends, families, potlucks and church meetups–and they were met with such enthusiasm, she decided to quit her lucrative job, lean on her savings and go full force.

Ever since, she has carved out a unique niche with her cupcakes and bite-size specialty sweets. And she absolutely loves to bake while singing and listening to music, which transfers a bit of extra sweetness and flavor to her delicious offerings.
